"Dylan Kowalski was great to work with. Just the right amount of "there" to have me change service providers. Enough to remind me to get back to him, not enough to annoy. Dylan was able to answer my questions quickly and clearly where I could easily understand what I previously didn't. He even laughed at my stupid jokes whether they were funny or not while ACTUALLY making me feel like they were ALL funny. 😆 We need more approachable/knowledgeable people like Dylan in the work force... "I’m writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents, who have been customers with State Farm—for the past 18 years. After nearly two decades of loyalty, the way they’ve been treated is extremely disappointing. In 2024, their home sustained significant hail damage to both the roof and siding. Since then, nothing has been done to address the issue. They’ve had four separate roofing companies inspect the damage, and every single one confirmed it is clearly hail damage. Their roof is now leaking into the house, yet their calls have gone unanswered. I live less than two miles away and experienced the same storm. My insurance company approved and replaced my roof within two weeks. On top of that, more than 15 homes in our neighborhood have had their roofs replaced due to hail damage from the same storm. Because this has gone unresolved for so long, my parents are now facing the reality of having to pay for the roof out of their own retirement savings just to stop the damage to their home. It’s incredibly frustrating to see an insurance company ignore longtime customers—especially elderly homeowners—who have faithfully paid their premiums for years just to be left dealing with a leaking roof. This situation is unacceptable and honestly shameful..."

Claims inspections, determinations, and payments are managed by that department rather than our local office. Our role as an agency is to review coverage with customers when policies are established and to help guide them through the process, but the final claim decisions are made by the claims team based on the policy terms and inspection results. We understand this has been frustrating for your parents, and we encourage them to stay in contact with their claims representative for any additional review or updates regarding their file."
